Ruma conducts her sessions over Zoom. When you make an appointment via Calendly, you will receive an email invite for your desired appointment time.

A lot of clients have done The Pre-Declutter prior to their appointment because it helps both the client and ruma get a sense of the work that needs to be done.

Nothing! You can do the Pre-Decluttering appointment or not. You would need a good idea of what rooms you want to show ruma and what you want to get out of the time together.

A typical appointment looks something like this:

1. Show Ruma your area of greatest concern or highest frustration point. This will be our focus. Ruma will guide you with the best course of action to take in that space.
2. Give Ruma a quick tour of adjoining areas so she can see the potential to use other spaces during the decluttering/organizing process as a “staging” area.
3. Show Ruma any other areas of your home that require attention so you can get started working on those areas as well. Everything is connected, as you start to work on one area, all areas will ultimately be affected in a positive way.

Yes, you can record the session and take pictures, too.  

You can book two back to back sessions or email us and we will figure out a time for you. Many clients like to break it up. For example, book a 75 minute session and then book another 75 minute session a few weeks later after you've tried some of Ruma's suggestions.

If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours notice. Please use the “reschedule” link on the received calendar invite to reschedule your session date or time. If you have any issues, please email [email protected] with your name and session time, and we will assist you.

Unfortunately, we do not allow session cancellations, but you may reschedule your appointment for another time.
